Working principles

Send the air through the first filter bed to the second one by ventilator. After heating the air by steam and electronic heater, send the air to the third filter bed of high temperature. Send the air to the hot-wind distributor, which is positioned at the top od drying room. Keep the hot air spiral moving in the drying room. Meanwhile, send the aloe concentrated juice into the centrifugal atomizer, which is also positioned at the top of the drying room. In the centrifugal atomizer, the juice atomizes into small mist. By the effect of hot air, water content of mist rapidly evaporates and the mist becomes powder form in a very short time. In the end, the aloe powder is sent to the receiving distributor by ventilator and packed by delivery equipment. Exhaust the waste air through wet dust collector by induced-draft fan.

1. Drying time us very short. The materials' heating only take about 10 seconds.
